1. Acceptable use

Wiseheart is a wellness companion. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and is not a substitute for professional support. You agree to use the bracelet, app, and Coach for personal wellness only.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Subscription terms

Wiseheart is sold as a hardware purchase plus a recurring subscription (monthly or annual). The subscription begins when you pair the bracelet for the first time. Billing recurs automatically until you cancel.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel any time, from the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no fees. You can also pause your subscription instead; your data and Coach memory are retained.

6. Software updates

We periodically update the app and bracelet firmware. Updates may change features, add new ones, or retire deprecated ones. Critical security updates may be applied automatically.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by applicable law. Hardware warranty terms are described separately at purchase.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wiseheart isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any matter is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior twelve months.

9. Dispute resolution

We try to resolve disputes informally first — email legal@wiseheart.me. If we can't, disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction listed in the formal Terms, except where prohibited by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We'll notify you in-app and by email before material changes take effect. The effective date and change-log link are visible at the top of this page once published.
