Drop the bracelet in the case
It charges while you set up. About 90 minutes from empty to full.
Install the app
Search Wiseheart in the App Store or Google Play.
Create your account
Email and password — or sign in with Apple or Google. Answer a couple of quick questions so your Coach gets useful sooner.
Choose your Coach
Pick from the roster. Each has its own style and expertise. You can switch later.
Set notifications
Pick your nudge style (gentle, balanced, or assertive) and your quiet hours. Thirty seconds.
Pair the bracelet
Tap Connect Device. Hold the bracelet near your phone for ten seconds. A short vibration means you're paired.
Put it on
Inside of your wrist, a finger's width above the wrist bone. Snug, but not tight.
You're live.
Your first 24 hours
You're not waiting in silence.
Your Coach is still learning your baseline, but day one already has something to show you.
