Wiseheart for Coaches
Help your clients build a calmer life — with objective signal between your sessions.
What it adds to your practice
A second set of senses between sessions.
Most of what shapes your client's week happens when you aren't there. Wiseheart fills in the picture — quietly, without pulling them out of their day.
Between-session monitoring
See how your client's calm tracks across the week — not what they remember to report.
Weekly progress reports
A short, plain-language read of what shifted, what held, and where the rough edges lived.
Session prep at a glance
Walk into every call with a clear picture of the week your client actually had.
The coach dashboard
Your roster, your read, your consent controls.
Coach dashboard preview
- Client roster with calm trends across the past week and month.
- Session-prep summaries written in everyday language.
- Granular client consent — and one-tap revocation, by your client.
- Shared notes that live alongside the signal your client chose to share.
A typical week
What it looks like in practice.
Monday — client check. A short scan of the weekend tells you who held steady and who had a rough Sunday. You send one client a kind note. The other you queue for a deeper conversation.
Wednesday — session prep. Ten minutes before the call, the session summary tells you the client's calm dipped sharply on Tuesday afternoon. You walk in with the right question, not a generic one.
Friday — wrap-up. A weekly read across your roster shows two patterns worth a group note. You write one short message and let the rest of the week close itself.
From pilot coaches
What partners told us early on.
“I used to spend the first ten minutes of every session catching up. Now I walk in already caught up — and we get to the real work.”
Pilot coach
Executive coaching, two-year practice
“It made my clients feel seen between sessions without me having to text them every day. That alone changed the relationship.”
Pilot coach
Wellness coaching, group practice
“The signal isn't a substitute for what my clients say. It's a confirmation — and sometimes, a question I'd have missed.”

Life coaching, solo practice

Becoming a coach partner
What we look for.
Wiseheart partners with practicing coaches who already do thoughtful work with their clients. We're not a directory — we onboard intentionally and in waves.
- Active practice. You're coaching clients today, with at least a year of one-on-one work behind you.
- A clear coaching framework. You can describe how you work, who you serve, and how you measure progress.
- Appropriate credentials for your market. Any licensure, certification, or professional membership relevant to where you practice.
- Roster size. A working client list of three or more concurrent clients.
- Comfort with the wellness frame. You agree that Wiseheart is a wellness companion, not a clinical instrument — and you represent it that way to your clients.
Once approved, we share partnership terms and pricing privately.
